• We do not own, manage, operate, or control the transportation, lodging, attractions, or services provided by these independent third parties.

• ES Travel Agency LLC is not responsible or liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel supplier, nor for any personal injury, death, property damage, delay, cancellation, schedule change, weather disruption, or other loss resulting directly or indirectly from suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Pricing, Inquiries & Travel Quotes

Any promotional offers, example price-per-day figures, or package estimates displayed on this website or in our marketing materials reflect sample rates at the time of publication. Submitting an intake form or inquiry through this website does not lock in pricing, hold cabin or room inventory, or establish a binding contract. A binding travel reservation is formed only upon client authorization, receipt of applicable supplier deposits or full payment, and issuance of an official booking confirmation number directly from the travel supplier.

4. Separate Professional Planning Fees

In accordance with our Service Model & Fee Schedule, ES Travel Agency LLC may charge professional planning or itinerary research fees for certain services (e.g., custom theme park touring plans, comparative research, or multi-destination travel). Professional planning fees compensate for our research, time, and logistical strategy and are separate from your vacation package price. All professional planning fees are non-refundable once research or itinerary design has commenced.

5. SMS & Mobile Communications Terms

By providing your mobile telephone number through our website intake forms, consultation schedulers, or direct text messaging, you agree to the following terms governing SMS and text communications:

• Email Marketing & Newsletter Delivery (WorldVia Email+): If you subscribe to our newsletter or request travel updates, your name and email address are stored and managed through WorldVia Email+ (powered by Emma / Marigold email marketing infrastructure). These platforms operate as data processors on behalf of WorldVia and ES Travel Agency LLC to deliver newsletters and service messages; they are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and are strictly prohibited from selling or sharing your contact information with unrelated third-party marketers.

• Communications & Voice Tools (Google Voice / Workspace): When you communicate with us via phone or text, communications are transmitted through secure telecommunications services (such as Google Workspace and Google Voice) solely to deliver messages between you and our agency.
